FAQ
Do I have to connect my bank?
No. Beely never asks for bank logins. You log spends yourself, in a couple of taps, so you stay in control of what's counted.
Can my partner see my personal spending?
Only as a monthly total per category, so the shared maths still works. Individual lines, dates and notes stay yours. The server enforces it.
Can I use it on my own?
Yes. Choose "just me" when you start. You can invite someone later without losing anything.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything is saved on your phone first and syncs to your partner's when you're back online.
What about different currencies?
Each spend keeps its own currency. Totals use your base currency at that day's exchange rate, frozen, so history doesn't drift.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Settings has "Export a copy", which saves everything as a single backup file you can also import back.
When can I get it?
